We have very clear policy in term's of Exchange.

1. Always take a 360° video while opening the parcel. Which will be consider as proof.
2. Claim your EXCHANGE within next 3 days of receiving parcel.
3. Exchange only in color and damage issues.
4. Exchange will be initiated after we receive the product back in genuine condition.
5. Exchange process will take 24-48 hours.
